Shopify's legal section needs three more docs beyond shipping: Terms of Service, Refund/Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. I'll draft all three in one file, tailored to performance auto parts (fitment disclaimers, emissions/CARB notice, install liability — the stuff that actually matters for this niche).All three policies are in one file, ready to paste into Settings → Policies on both stores. Two things before you publish:
- Fill in the FLORIDA and USA, Florida placeholders in the Terms of Service governing-law section.
- I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice — these are solid standard templates for a parts store (including the CARB/emissions and installation-liability language that matters in this niche), but having an attorney review them before you scale up is worth the hour of their time.
With shipping done earlier, your policy pages are now complete — that's one more item off the launch checklist.
